Elen Rose Petter

Elen Rose Petter has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Elen Rose began their career as a software developer at Banrisul in 1998 and later worked as an operator of data networks at Brasil Telecom. In 2004, they joined e-Core IT Solutions as a Systems Analyst, where they remained until 2008. Elen Rose then became an Analyst of Systems at Sicredi from 2008 to 2009.

In 2009, Elen joined TOTVS Rio Grande do Sul, where they worked as an Analyst of Systems on projects for Unimed Belo Horizonte and Unimed Rio de Janeiro. Elen Rose also notably contributed to the development of preventive medicine and electronic patient record systems. Elen Rose subsequently worked as an Analyst of Business at HB.SIS Informática Ltda from 2009 to 2014.

Elen then transitioned to the financial industry and joined Cooperativa Central Ailos in 2014 as an Analyst of Business Processes. After three years, they moved to Cresol Confederação in 2017. At Cresol Confederação, Elen served as a Tech Lead and Tech Manager for Payment Methods, where they defined technical solutions for credit card products, debit authorization, and banking domicile. Elen Rose also acted as a Product Owner, overseeing various credit card products and services, prioritizing backlog, ensuring compliance with payment arrangement rules, and approving squad deliveries.

Most recently, Elen joined Dock in 2022 as a Tech Product Owner for Payment Methods, specifically focusing on authorization services for Visa transactions in Latin America.

Elen Rose Petter attended FAE Blumenau from 2009 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Analysis and Systems Development. Elen Rose completed the course, receiving a Superior Technology degree in the same field of study.
