Henrique Casagrande has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Henrique started their career in 2004 at Banestes S/A – Banco do Estado do Espírito Santo, where they worked as a Relationship Manager and later in the Cards department. In these roles, they were responsible for analyzing and assessing companies for credit approval, as well as designing and implementing payment systems for Banescard. From 2011 to 2014, Henrique worked at Lojas Renner S.A. as a Senior Analyst of Co-Branded Cards, where they managed the product portfolio and collaborated with Visa and MasterCard on contractual agreements. Henrique then moved on to Cartão Elo in 2017, serving as the Manager of Operations. In this position, they oversaw operational activities within the organization. Currently, Henrique is working at Dock - Banking as a Service. Henrique initially joined the company in 2018 as the Head of Partner & Project Management before being promoted to Chief Operations Officer in December 2019.
