Before that, Jefferson served as a Software Engineering Lead at Condutor from May 2020 to August 2021. Prior to their roles at Dock and Condutor, Jefferson worked as a Software Engineer III at an undisclosed company from October 2019 to August 2020, and as a Software Engineer II from May 2018 to October 2019.

Jefferson Xenofonte attended Faculdade Paraíso do Ceará from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems with a focus on Development of Information Systems. Jefferson then pursued further studies at the same institution from 2015 to 2017 and earned a Specialist degree in Web Development, specializing in Development of Web Systems and Applications.
