Rodrigo Américo has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. Rodrigo is currently working at Dock as a Cyber Security Engineer - Blue Team - Response Incident, where they are responsible for incident response, vulnerability management, and implementing security controls. Prior to this, they worked at HCL Technologies as a Security and Network Senior Analyst. Rodrigo also has experience working at Perto S.A. as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst and Network Administrator, where they managed LAN and WAN infrastructure and supported network services. Additionally, Rodrigo worked at Global.com Informática and Tecnocoop as an Information Technology Support Analyst, where they provided technical support, maintenance, and customer service.
Rodrigo Américo began their education journey in 2012 when they enrolled in FACULDADE SENAC PORTO ALEGRE to pursue a degree in Tecnologia em Análise de Redes de Computadores. Rodrigo successfully completed this program in 2015.
In 2016, Rodrigo pursued further specialization in the field of information security and enrolled in FACULDADE SENAC PORTO ALEGRE once again, this time for Especialização em Gestão da Segurança da Informação with a focus on Gestão de Redes e Segurança de Sistemas. Rodrigo completed this program in 2017.
