Victor Kmita

Victor Kmita has had a varied career in the tech industry. In 2010, they worked as a Financial Analyst for Cantor Fitzgerald. In 2012, they were a Software Engineer for Rearden Commerce. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Software Engineer for Zendesk, where they gained experience with Ruby on Rails, MySQL, and Ember.js, as well as their first startup culture experience, which culminated in the company's IPO. In 2015, they worked as a Software Engineer for Brigade Media. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Tech Lead and Head of Privacy for LatticeHQ. In 2020, they were a Super Senior Principal Staff Architect Engineering Superstar Contracting Engineering Engineer for Sensible. Victor currently serves as CTO and Co-Founder for Dock.us.

Victor Kmita attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2008 to 2012 and studied Computer Science.
