Jessica Downing

Jessica Downing is an accomplished professional in product development with extensive experience in the apparel industry. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Dockers since November 2023, Jessica previously held several key positions at Levi Strauss & Co., including Senior Manager and Product Development Manager from November 2016 to November 2023. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Gap Inc. included roles such as Senior Sourcing Merchandiser where Jessica managed sourcing and production for licensed apparel and accessories. Additional experience includes account management at G. Hensler & Co., where Jessica developed sourcing strategies for private label products, and early career roles focused on production processes across various brands. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
