Mauro Bruno Magalhães

Mauro Bruno Magalhães has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Currently, they work as a Business Analytics Analyst at Docket Brasil since December 2022. Previously, they worked at PagSeguro UOL from February 2019 to May 2022 as a Business Analyst, focusing on relationship management with payment providers.

Prior to that, they were employed at Getnet - Brasil, where they held multiple roles. As an Analyst, they were responsible for planning the Niches and Partnerships area, providing support to franchise management, associations, special projects, and events. Mauro Bruno also served as a point of contact for the company's call center, managing actions to increase penetration in the customer base and reduce churn. Mauro contributed to improving conversion rates for commercial executives and expanding the inbound call center services.
