Helping Associations Grow & Chapters Align | Interim Management | Strategic Planning | Database Transitions | Woodworker & Creator

With 20+ years of experience in the non-profit sector and a CAE (Certified Association Executive) designation, I help small and medium-sized associations navigate transitions and build for the future. Whether you need a steady hand during an interim period or a facilitator to help your chapters align through strategic planning, I provide the operational expertise to keep your mission moving forward.

I’ve found that the best leaders are the most balanced ones. For me, that balance is found in my workshop. As a woodworker and creator, I focus on creating something new and repurposing the old into something different and functional. In my creative pursuits, I trade my laptop for a table saw. My passion for woodworking and repurposing isn't just a hobby; it’s my way of practicing "The Artistry of Giving." Whether I’m restoring a vintage piece of furniture or an underperforming organizational process, I am driven by the same goal: taking what exists and making it better.

Why should my woodworking and creative pursuits matter to you? Because I bring a "builder’s mindset" to management. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty or to kick up a little dust. I value the integrity of the materials (and the people) I work with, and I’m committed to leaving every organization stronger than I found it.
