Madhavi Chalasani

Madhavi Chalasani has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Madhavi began their career in 2000 as a Senior Software Engineer/Technical Team Lead at International Medical Multimedia (IMM) Ltd. In 2002, they moved to Xograph Healthcare as a Team Leader of Product Integrations. In 2004, they joined British Telecom as a Senior Software Development/Project Manager and was responsible for executing a key functional applications development and delivery of British Telecom's business transformation initiative. In 2011, they worked as an Agile Implementations Research at Pitney Bowes and evaluated different Agile project management methodologies. In 2012, they joined Avery Dennison as a Customer Solutions Program Manager and directed a Global Print Management transformation initiative. In 2015, they moved to Conga as a Director of PS Technology and executed complex customer implementations during product development. In 2018, they joined Statera, Inc. as a Senior Consultant of Quote to Cash Implementations and was responsible for executing solution design, development, and implementation of Quote to Cash SaaS solutions on Salesforce platform. In 2019, they joined Capgemini as a Senior Applications Consultant and Quote to Cloud Lead and was responsible for executing Quote to Cash business transformation initiatives. In 2020, they joined Navint Partners as a Principal Architect and was responsible for executing Quote to Cash Business transformation initiatives with multi-million budgets. Madhavi is currently working as a Senior Director of Revenue Cloud at Docmation (now RafterOne) and is a trusted customer advisor, executing Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing) and B2B Commerce digital transformation initiatives.

Madhavi Chalasani holds a Master's in Business Systems Integration (with SAP Technology) from Brunel University London in the field of Information Technology. Madhavi also has a variety of certifications from Salesforce, LinkedIn, Apttus, and Google.
