Eric Wu is a highly experienced professional in the fields of artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as the Principal ML/AI Scientist at DOCOMO Innovations, Inc. since January 2016, where leadership of the AI team is a primary responsibility. Prior to this role, Eric led research teams at TCL Research America and served as Data Analytics Manager at Foxconn FIH, focusing on big data analytics and algorithm design. Eric also held the position of CTO at ThroughTek Co. Ltd, managing a large R&D team dedicated to Internet of Things initiatives, and worked as Technical Director at Oxygen Intelligence, where Eric developed core machine learning algorithms for various applications. Eric holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from UCLA and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from National Taiwan University.
