Youngcheol Yu

Youngcheol Yu has a strong work experience in the telecommunications industry. Youngcheol is currently serving as the Vice President at DOCOMO Innovations, Inc. since July 2021. Prior to this role, they held positions at NTT DoCoMo, where they worked as a Senior Manager from July 2020 to July 2021 and as a Manager from January 2019 to June 2020. Before joining NTT DoCoMo, Youngcheol Yu worked at LG Electronics as a Chief Research Engineer from January 2014 to December 2018, and from April 2007 to January 2014.

Youngcheol Yu earned a Ph.D from the Nara Institute of Science and Technology from 2005 to 2007, studying OFDM and Mobile broadcasting. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they obtained a degree in 情報システム (Information Systems) from the same institute.
