Erickson Banzon

Erickson Banzon has over 20 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Erickson is currently a Senior Radio Frequency Engineer at DOCOMO PACIFIC. Prior to this role, they worked at Nokia as a Lead NPO Engineer and Sr. Network Performance Specialist, where they provided global support for NSN Radio Networks. Erickson also worked as an RF PLANNER Consultant at AIRCOM International and as a CENTRAL ENGINEER Consultant at Axe Telecom. Erickson spent a significant portion of their career at Cybercom Group, where they served as an RF Planner and Optimizer Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for UMTS/GSM rollout and capacity improvement, cell design, site survey, drive test, and RF planning team management. Erickson also worked at Smart Communications, Inc. as an RF Planner and Transmission Planning Engineer, and at Pilipino Telephone Corporation as a Cadet Engineer, focusing on transmission network planning.

Erickson Banzon attended Mapúa University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
