Agata Hammer is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as the Global Voice of the Customer Lead at DocPlanner since January 2024, Agata previously held various senior roles at Uber from January 2017 to December 2023, including Senior Manager of NCEE Regional Community Operations and Head of Customer Experience for Poland. In these positions, Agata led customer support initiatives across Central and Eastern Europe, managed extensive teams, and implemented significant projects during the COVID-19 pandemic.
