Flore Ziegfeld is an accomplished professional in executive recruiting with extensive experience in talent acquisition and digital practices. Currently serving as the Global Head of Executive Recruiting at Docplanner since March 2022, Flore leads global executive search efforts while overseeing talent acquisition for operations teams. Before joining Docplanner, Flore worked at Egon Zehnder from March 2019 to March 2022, where the role as an Associate in the Digital Practice involved project management, candidate screening, and client research focused on digital growth and innovation. Flore holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Communication and Media from Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed the International Baccalaureate at Berlin International School.
