Smita Mohapatra

Smita Mohapatra is an experienced professional currently serving as a Salesforce Program Manager and Global Customer Success Architect at DocPlanner since May 2021. Prior to this role, Smita worked at Gainsight as a Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region, where management of a key portfolio of customers involved addressing business challenges and implementing Customer Success Best Practices from May 2019 to April 2021.
