Tania Koppens Luna

Tania Koppens Luna has a diverse work experience. Tania is currently working at DocPlanner as the Global Head of Internal Communication and DEI&B Lead. In this role, they ensure effective communication of organizational initiatives to employees and stakeholders and oversees internal comms and content strategy. Tania is also responsible for crafting a global D&I roadmap and owning key diversity initiatives.

Prior to their current role, Tania worked at Included as a Project Manager, where they focused on building community centers near slums and connecting slum residents with various services.

Earlier in their career, Tania worked at Idealog as an English teacher, designing courses for businesses to improve their workplace English and presentation skills.

Throughout their work experience, Tania has demonstrated strong communication skills, project management abilities, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Tania Koppens Luna obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Central Florida in 2007. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications on various topics such as interrupting bias in hiring, becoming an ally, bystander training, discussing racism, fighting gender bias, managing a multigenerational workforce, and supporting inclusivity and diversity in the workplace. These certifications were obtained in 2022 from institutions such as Textio and LinkedIn.
