John Burgess

John Burgess has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. John began their career at Washington and Lee University as an Assistant Soccer and Lacrosse Coach in 1992. Following that, they worked at the University of Pennsylvania as a Head Assistant Lacrosse Coach from 1993-1994.

In 1994, John joined IKON Office Solutions, where they held various roles, including Major Account Executive from 1994-2009 and National Healthcare BPI Sales Consultant from 2009-2012.

After their tenure at IKON, they joined Ricoh Healthcare in 2012, where they served as a National Healthcare BPI Sales Consultant until 2015. John was then promoted to the position of Healthcare Services Manager, leading and motivating the sales team while retaining a focus on customer service, budgeted sales revenue, and equipment contributions.

In 2017, John joined DocPoint Solutions as a Senior IIM Sales Consultant. Later in the same year, they transitioned to Quality Associates, Inc., where they continued their role as a Senior IIM Sales Consultant.
