Garima Singh

Garima Singh, Ph.D., serves as the Content Lead and previously as Content Manager at Docquity since January 2019. Prior to this, Garima conducted doctoral research in Bioinformatics at Shiv Nadar University, focusing on disease pathogenesis and etiopathology through omics techniques, specifically next-generation sequencing and molecular dynamics, from August 2014 to December 2018. Garima also gained experience as a Project Trainee at the Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics in Hyderabad, where research concentrated on the immunological response to Mycobacterium tuberculosis in RabGTPase knocked down macrophages. Early research internships were completed at Sardar Vallabhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology and Ranbaxy Lab in Mohali. Garima holds a Master of Technology in Biotechnology from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Amity University, Uttar Pradesh.
