Joshua Dobstaff began their career in 2012 as a Hospitalist at Wilmington Health Associates. In 2013, they took on the role of Chief Medical Officer at DocsInk, a mobile platform that streamlines workflow and breaks down communication barriers. In this role, they worked with physicians to create an application that focuses on efficiency and ease of use. Joshua was responsible for developing features such as mobile charge capture, HIPAA secure texting, admission/discharge notifications, telehealth, and a patient portal.

Joshua Dobstaff attended the University of Rochester from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Biology, General. Joshua then attended James Madison University from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Finally, they attended St. George's University from 2005 to 2009, graduating with a Doctor of Medicine (MD).
