Pia Vogt

Pia Vogt is a seasoned Business Process Analyst currently working at doctari group since June 2022, focusing on establishing foundations and standards in process management, content, data, and monitoring. Previously, Pia served as a Process Manager for Randstad Deutschland from April 2021 to May 2022, overseeing onsite and recruiting teams for a major client, Amazon, and enhancing processes related to recruiting and large-scale employee leasing. At Jurpex GmbH, Pia built and managed the Customer Service department before joining Volkswagen Original Teile Logistik GmbH & Co. KG in 2002, where a strong background in consulting, inventory structure optimization, and staff training was developed over an 18-year career.
