Anaïs Ropars

Anaïs Ropars is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Learning Program Partner at Doctolib since April 2022, where impactful programs for managers and female talent are managed. Prior experiences include roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer and HR Projects at Meritis, where responsibilities encompassed the entire recruitment process and HR advisory for employees. Anaïs also held positions at Capgemini and Segula Technologies focused on recruitment and international HR development. Earlier in the career, Anaïs gained experience as a Community Manager at Doctipharma and worked in various sales and communication roles, building strong skills in partnership development and client relations. Education includes an MSc in International Human Resources and Performance Management from SKEMA Business School, supplemented by international studies in Brazil and Canada.
