Elisa Zanchetta is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in strategy and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations for Medical Centers at Doctolib, Elisa focuses on optimizing operational processes and enhancing client satisfaction while overseeing a team of over 20 professionals. Previous roles include Operations Strategy Manager at Doctolib, where Elisa improved efficiency and collaborated with international teams, and Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at Wall Street Football, where successful management of pre-seed investments and development of strategic marketing plans were achieved.
