Melanie Lang

Melanie Lang currently serves as the Head of Partner Operations & Performance at Doctolib, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this, Melanie completed a sabbatical focused on executive education in digital transformation and AI, aimed at enhancing leadership and operational excellence. Melanie's extensive career at SIXT spanned a decade, during which roles included Senior Director of Global Digital Customer Experience and various managerial positions related to customer excitement and quality management. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Samhammer AG, where Melanie progressed from Senior Consultant to Senior Manager, as well as positions in product management and marketing. Educational achievements include degrees in Controller (VWA) and Betriebswirt (VWA) from the University of Regensburg and Samhammer AG.
