Reece Jones McIpp

Reece Jones MCIPP has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Reece started their career in 2008 as a Shift Manager at McDonald's and worked there until 2015. In 2015, they joined Serco as a Payroll Officer and later became a Payroll Specialist. Reece then moved to Woodland Group Ltd in 2016 as a Payroll and Pensions Manager. Reece joined Doctor Care Anywhere in 2021 as a Payroll Manager, where they contributed to the development of a smart healthcare platform. Reece currently holds the position of Head of People Operations at Doctor Care Anywhere.

Reece Jones MCIPP attended Chelmer Valley High School from 2003 to 2008. After completing high school, Reece then joined Chelmer Valley High School Sixth Form from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued A Levels. Following this, Reece attended Chelmsford College from 2010 to 2012, focusing on BTEC Business Administration and Legal studies. In addition to their education, Reece has obtained certifications such as the CIPP Payroll Technician and Certificate in Pension Administration from The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP).
