Matthew Padich has a diverse work experience in the field of web development. Matthew started their career at the {c}0ded as a Junior Developer and Teacher, where they helped teach new students about computing and web/mobile app development. Matthew then moved on to We Made It Development, where they worked as a Front-End Developer and UI Designer, creating lightweight and responsive websites for various clients.

In 2014, Matthew joined Fortune Magazine as a Web Developer, where they organized and wrote code to improve the efficiency of Fortune.com. Matthew also built the Fortune 500 app and focused on maintaining and enhancing the front-end experience.

After that, they worked at Elite Daily as a Web Developer, and later joined Settle as a Web Applications Developer and Co-founder. At Settle, they handled both front-end and back-end tasks while building an MVP with a talented team.
