Vaibhav Deshwal

Vaibhav Deshwal has over 7 years of work experience. Vaibhav started their career in 2013 as an Application Developer at Oracle India Pvt. Ltd, where they optimized the bank business transactional software to handle up to 10,000 transactions per hour. In 2014, they co-founded OptimizedBits, where they designed and built the front-end allowing an online editing environment for code running, a technical exam suite for developers, and a code pairing web app. In 2015, they joined TalentPad as the Head of Assessments, where they integrated their tech with TalentPad's to enable a uniform experience across the platform. Vaibhav also joined Pickrr as the VP of Engineering, where they headed the team that built and scaled the front-end product from scratch for a B2C/B2B product for hyper local on-demand logistics delivery carriers. In 2019, they joined DoctorPlan as the Frontend Lead.

Vaibhav Deshwal graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati in 2013 with a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
