Alan Lai

Alan Lai has a wealth of experience in the healthcare and veterinary industries. Alan began their career in 2008 as a Registered Dietitian for NHS England. In the same year, they also started working as a Nutritionist for Nestle. In 2010, they joined Marie France Bodyline Indonesia as a Training Manager and Senior Registered Dietitian. In 2012, they became the Operations Manager for Inskin Aesthetic Solutions - Phillip Wain. In 2015, they took on the role of Executive Director for Genesis Rehab Services. In 2016, they founded The CLINIC. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer for both Pet Space Group and Asia Veterinary Diagnostics. In 2022, they will become a Visiting Lecturer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Alan Lai has an extensive education history. Alan is currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration at City University of Hong Kong, which they began in 2021. Prior to this, they completed an Executive MBA at CUHK Business School in 2017. In 2016, they completed a Stakeholder Leadership program at the University of Cambridge's Judge Business School and a Service Upgrade & Industrial Transformation program at National Taiwan University's College of Management. Alan also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Westminster, which they obtained in 2009, and a BSc (Hons) Nutrition and Dietetics from King's College London, which they obtained in 2007. Additionally, Alan Lai has obtained several certifications, including Design Thinking Fundamentals Training from DesignThinkers Academy Hong Kong in 2022, a Diploma in Corporate Trainer from SGS in 2011, a Diploma in Quality Management (ISO9001) from SGS in 2011, and a Professional Diploma in Company Directorship from The Hong Kong Institute of Directors in 2010.
