Angel Chimellis has worked in various roles since 2000. Her first role was as a Reservations Agent at Tourico Holidays in 2000. Angel then worked as an Account Service Representative at Florida Hospital in 2002. From 2003 to 2006, they were Business Office Manager at Senior Home Care Companies. During this time, they supervised clerical staff and oversaw all administrative processes. In 2006, they began working at Kindred at Home, where they held the roles of Records Coordinator II, Office Manager I, and Records Coordinator I. In 2020, they began working at Doctor's Choice Home Care, Inc. as an Insurance Authorization Specialist and Authorizations Team Lead.
Angel Chimellis obtained a High School Diploma from Oviedo High School in 1998. Angel then attended the University of Central Florida, obtaining a B.A. in Music Education with a Voice Concentration in 2002. In 2009, they attended Seminole Community College and obtained an A.S. in Health Information Management in 2011. Finally, they attended the University of Phoenix, obtaining a B.S. in Business Management in 2017. Additionally, Angel Chimellis holds a certification in ICD-10, HCS-D.
