Leah Fleming DMSc, MMS, PA-C is an experienced Physician Assistant with a diverse background in medical practice and wellness management. Since October 2008, Leah has worked at Physicians Plan Weightloss and Wellness, focusing on weight management counseling and treatment within a medically supervised environment, and has extensive experience in cosmetic injections, including Botox and dermal fillers.
