Keliang Xiao

Keliang (Kevin) Xiao is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Doctors Medical Center of Modesto since September 2022. Prior to this role, Keliang Xiao completed a residency in Plastic Surgery at The University of Kansas Health System from July 2016 to June 2022. Keliang Xiao earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City between 2012 and 2016, following a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physiology from the University of Washington from 2006 to 2011. Keliang Xiao completed secondary education at Arlington High School in 2006.
