Sophie Ellerker is a Senior Programme Manager at M3, where employment began in October 2020, after serving as a Programme Manager. Prior to this role, Sophie worked at Oxfam as a Funding Support Officer from December 2019 to October 2020 and held positions at Oxford Policy Management from April 2016 to August 2019 as both a Frameworks Coordinator and Bid Officer. Earlier experience includes a Customer Service Representative role at Novartis and Retail Sales at Merlin Entertainments plc. Sophie started a career in project coordination as an intern at Frontier/The Society for Environmental Exploration and also contributed as a Visitor Services Assistant at the Royal Collection Trust. Sophie's academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Human Geography obtained from Aberystwyth University from 2011 to 2014.
