Avril Paddock

Avril Paddock serves as the People & Strategy Manager at Doctors of BC since September 2022, bringing extensive HR expertise from previous roles including HR Manager at Boughton Law Corporation and various positions at ACTIVE Network, where responsibilities encompassed corporate recruitment and HR generalist functions. Avril's background also includes valuable contributions as a Board Member for the Children’s Hearing & Speech Centre of B.C., an organization dedicated to supporting deaf and hard of hearing children. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Communications minor from Simon Fraser University and a Human Resources Management Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
