Jennifer Killam, MBA, is a seasoned communications leader with extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic communications in various sectors, including healthcare and education. Currently serving as the Senior Communications Manager at Doctors of BC since January 2020, Jennifer leads a team focused on supporting family physicians across British Columbia. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at Communications & Content Marketing, where expertise in content strategy and crisis communications was applied, and positions at TELUS, BC Children's Hospital Research Institute, and University Health Network, enhancing media relations and internal communications. Jennifer's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Guelph.
