Justin Lane

Justin Lane is a seasoned professional in library technology and data management, currently serving as CRM Manager at Médecins Sans Frontières Australia and Médecins Sans Frontières New Zealand since November 2024. Previously, Justin held the position of CRM Platform Manager at Taronga Conservation Society Australia from August 2021 to October 2024, where Justin also worked as a Data Analyst. Justin's experience includes a tenure as Library Technology Team Leader at Northern Beaches Council, where leadership involved innovating technology across multiple library branches. Prior roles include Library Technology Coordinator at the City of Sydney, focusing on digital literacy and innovation, and Digital Experience Librarian at UNSW Australia, managing digital library systems.
