Deborah Garcia

Deborah Garcia currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières - USA since March 2023. In addition, Deborah holds a position as a Member of the Chief since September 2021 and as a Community Advisory Board Member at The Brooklyn Hospital Center since August 2018. Previously, Deborah was the Managing Director of Development and Senior Director of Operations at Planned Parenthood Federation of America from March 2017 to February 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Global Health Volunteer for the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc., and working in various roles in health industries consulting, engineering, and life sciences at PwC, PA Consulting Group, The Validation Company, SNC-Lavalin, and Alfa Laval. Deborah earned a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business in 2010, and a degree from the University of Waterloo from 1998 to 2003.
