Sylwia Masłowska Makarewicz has a long and varied work experience. Sylwia began their career in 1998 as an Academy Teacher at Akademia Finansów w Warszawie (Wyższa Szkoła Ubezpieczeń i Bankowości), teaching subjects such as “Economy and Organisation of Insurance” and “Basics of Insurance”. In 2000, they became a Sales Manager at Gerling Polska Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A. Sylwia then moved to PKN ORLEN S.A. in 2002, where they worked as a Specialist-Coordinator of new marketing projects and Loyalty Programmes. In 2007, they took on the role of e-business coordinator at Janssen-Cilag Polska Sp. z o.o. In 2008, they became the Owner of La Libra and the E-commerce Manager at DOZ S.A. Sylwia then moved to Hetan Technologies Sp. z o.o. in 2010, where they worked as the Sales and Marketing Manager. In 2012, they took on the role of Sales and Marketing Manager at Grupa Technitel. Finally, in 2016, they became the Business Development Manager for Poland at Doctrina. In 2019, they took on the role of Manager of Sales at C&F, where they are responsible for building Digital Transformation Strategies 8 times faster, resulting in a fast delivery cycle.
Sylwia Masłowska Makarewicz began their educational pursuits in 1994 when they obtained a Magister degree in Ekonomista ubezpieczeń i bankowości from WSUiB. Sylwia then continued their studies at Bournemouth University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance in 1996. The following year, they completed an International Business Program at Hogeschool Drenthe, with a focus on Economy. Finally, in 2004, Sylwia obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management - Prince2 from Kozminski University.
