Clément Thouron has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 when they worked as a Chef de projet at Odyssey Services SAS until December 2012. Clément then moved on to be an Affiliate Manager at Decision MD from December 2012 to August 2013. In 2014, they joined Solocal as a Product Owner, where they managed the "ADP" project and a team of 3 developers. Their role also involved prospecting potential partners such as ELLE, 750g, and the Mairie d'Issy-les-Moulineaux. Clément continued their role as a Product Owner at Solocal until October 2018.

Clément earned a Master's degree in IM (Information Management) from Institut Ingemedia, which they attended from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in I2M (Internet & Media Mobile) at IUT Saint-Dié from 2006 to 2007. In addition, they obtained a DUT (Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie) in SRC (Services & Réseaux de Communication) from IUT Verdun, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
