Gale Petrowski, MBA, MS, CLSSGB has over 13 years of experience in program/project management, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and change management. Most recently, Gale has served as the Director of Product Management for Docufree since 2021. Prior to that, Gale was a Senior Portfolio Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions - Contractor for Oxy from 2019 to 2021, where they championed the strategic and enterprise architectural post-acquisition efforts of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. From 2017 to 2019, Gale was the Director, Mergers, Acquisitions & Infrastructure for Sysco, where they lead core technology, business, and infrastructure through technology and business transformations. From 2016 to 2017, Gale worked as a Senior Program Manager DMO- IT - Publishing (KForce) for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, facilitating the short-term project leading the transformation of software and services during global SDLC merger efforts with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Micro Focus International. From 2008 to 2016, Gale was the CEO/Owner of their own business, delivering program/project management, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and change management services to a broad range of clients in various verticals. Gale also held roles at The Home Depot, The Coca-Cola Company, TrustPoint Solutions, and the Atlanta Housing Authority from 2016 to 2012.

Gale Petrowski has a diverse educational background. Gale obtained an A.S in Computer Science from Valencia College in 1985. Gale then attended Columbia College, graduating with a Bachelor's in Psychology in 2004. In 2006, they earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University. Gale then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Organizational & Business Management from Capella University in 2014. Most recently, they earned a Master of Science (PhD. - A.B.D.) in Organizational Leadership from Capella University in 2017. Additionally, they have a certification in Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Riverwood Associates.
