Customer Success Team Member at Documaster

Tonje Viken has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tonje joined Documaster in November 2019 as a Customer Success Team Member. Prior to that, Tonje worked at Netlife Dialog from March 2002 to May 2018, where they held various roles including Advisor, Customer Responsible, and Project Manager. In this role, they were involved in strategy development, implementation, testing, analysis, design, text, graphics, production, and response handling. Tonje also served on the organizing committee for Dialogkonferansen, the largest CRM and digital marketing conference in Scandinavia. Before joining Netlife Dialog, they worked at Enron Europe Ltd as a Documentation Administrator from November 2000 to February 2002, where they were responsible for contract documents and documentation of trades on the Nordic power market. Tonje's earliest work experience was at EuroTunnel, where they served as an Office Assistant in various departments, including the ticket office for buses and cargo, as well as the shareholders' office, from October 1998 to August 2000.

Tonje Viken started their education in 1996 at UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, where they studied History. Tonje completed their studies in 1997. Later, in 2007, Tonje attended BI Norwegian Business School and obtained a degree in Markedsøkonom, completing their studies in 2009.
