Ines Khatib

Ines Khatib began their career in 2014 as a Communication Assistant at Eurofins Optimed. Ines then worked at TACANTE from 2016-2017 as a Communication Manager. In 2018, they joined noCRM.io as a Business Developer Italy and Responsible for Customer Success Worldwide. In this role, they were responsible for the launch of noCRM.io on the Italian market, including software, app, website and marketing campaigns translation, inbound and outbound communication, customer support/success, and leads conversion. Ines also identified and met with the Italian ecosystem, created content translation, managed inbound and outbound marketing, and organized events and PR. In 2019, they were promoted to Country Manager Italy.

Ines Khatib began their education with a Licence in Applied Foreign Languages at Université Grenoble Alpes from 2011 to 2015. Ines then went on to pursue a Master 1 in Applied Foreign Languages at Nantes Université from 2015 to 2016. Finally, they completed a Master 2 (M2) in Sciences et Techniques de l'Information et de la Communication at Université d'Orléans from 2016 to 2017.
