David Brake

David Brake is currently the Associate Manager at Jampol Artist Management and serves as a Music Writer/Columnist for HipHopDX, where a weekly New Music Friday column and regular album reviews are authored. As a Contributing Writer for Document Journal, Brake has successfully contributed interviews, news coverage, and supported editorial staff in preparing stories for publication. Previously, as Director of Ecommerce for Meseroll Shop, Brake designed and managed the webstore and executed digital advertising campaigns. Additional writing contributions were made to Office Magazine, and prior proofreading experience was gained at the Denver District Court, where collaboration with court reporters enhanced editing processes. David Brake holds a degree from New York University, completed in 2019.
