Brent Borel is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business systems analysis, instructional design, and technical management across multiple industries. With foundational experience as a Freight Conductor and Switchman at Union Pacific Railroad, Brent progressed to roles such as Business Systems Analyst and E-Learning Developer at CPaT Global, and subsequently served as an Instructional Design Manager and DocuSign CLM Administrator at Conn's HomePlus. Notable achievements include leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing modern learning management systems.
