Heather Kalista Harwood

Heather Kalista Harwood serves as the Head of Investor Relations at DocuSign since June 2021, previously holding the position of Sr Director, FP&A Customer Success. Between January 2020 and May 2021, Heather held the role of Director of Finance at VMware Tanzu, where responsibilities included leading a global finance team and managing annual planning and forecasting. Prior experience at Pivotal, Inc. from March 2013 to January 2020 involved directing finance and supporting the company through its IPO, along with mentoring finance staff. Earlier roles included leadership positions at CRF HEALTH GROUP LIMITED, where Heather chaired FP&A and accounting functions, and Utel Communications as a Staff Accountant, focusing on accounts payable and payroll. Educational qualifications include a BA in Business Management from Wittenberg University and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from San Diego State University.
