Inder Padda

Inder Padda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in value consulting, business planning, and operations management. Currently serving as a Principal Value Consultant at DocuSign since November 2021, Inder focuses on creating customer-centric value propositions and enhancing go-to-market strategies for a new platform. Prior to this role, Inder held multiple senior analyst positions at Western Digital, where responsibilities included optimizing reporting tools and managing a $1 billion portfolio for cloud services. Additionally, Inder has experience in operations management with PepsiCo/Frito-Lay and as an MBA intern at Mattel, contributing to process improvements and strategic recommendations.
