Kim Gavin

Kim Gavin is currently the Senior Director of Customer Success Account Management for EMEA at DocuSign, where they lead teams across Dublin and Cairo, focusing on driving customer value and fostering collaboration. Previously, Kim held various roles at DocuSign, including Manager of the Account Management Team EMEA and Director of Commercial, Customer Success Account Management EMEA. They began their career as an Event Coordinator and Account Manager at EventWorks Irl and gained valuable experience through internships and positions in organizations like The Communications Clinic and the Irish Primary Principals' Network. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Dublin City University.
