Lai Anderson serves as the Product Enablement Lead at Docusign since September 2023, overseeing enablement programs for eSignature product launches and the Intelligent Agreement Management category. In this role, Lai collaborates with Product and Product Marketing to support over 3,000 global Sales and Customer Success employees through training and content development. Additionally, Lai co-chairs the Pan Asian Voices for Empowerment (PAVE) Employee Resource Group, fostering community through events and initiatives. Previously, Lai worked at Meta from 2017 to July 2023, holding several roles including Program Manager for Global Learning & Development and co-founding the SoutheastAsians@Meta group. Earlier experience includes positions at True Search, Glassdoor, Virool, and Stanford University, with a focus on recruitment, sales development, and project assistance. Lai holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Stanford University and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from San Jose High School.
