Prashant Bhairgond

Prashant Bhairgond is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program execution and transformation within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Leader of Enterprise Transformation Program Execution & Delivery at DocuSign since March 2022, Prashant is responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives through high-performing execution teams. Prior to this role, Prashant held multiple positions at Cisco from May 2017 to May 2022, including Director of Commerce & Recurring Revenue Transformation and Senior Manager of Commerce Transformation, focusing on enterprise-wide frameworks and digital transformation. Additional experience includes serving as a Business Engagement Lead in consulting, as well as roles in software engineering and consultancy at Charles Schwab and Enron. Prashant holds a Master’s degree from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Pune University.
