Sapna Sharma is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in go-to-market (GTM) operations and strategy. Currently serving as VP of GTM Operations at DocuSign and as a Customer Advisory Board Member at Fullcast, Sharma previously led GTM Planning and Strategy at Cloudflare, where a Central Global GTM Strategy & Ops function was established. At Twilio Inc., oversight was provided for GTM strategy and M&A integration for multiple acquisitions valued at approximately $5 billion. Sharma also held the position of VP of Global Sales Strategy, Initiatives & Operations at Salesforce (Salesforce.org), contributing to significant revenue growth.
