Erin Hanson, GPHR

Erin Hanson, GPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Erin started their career in 1989 at EG&G Idaho as a Technical Assistant. After six years, they joined EnergySolutions/BNG America/BNFL Inc. as a Technical Assistant, where they worked for over twelve years. Erin then transitioned to Idaho National Laboratory as a Program Specialist, where they worked for six and a half years. In 2015, Erin took on a role as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Blackmere Talent Acquisition, LLC before moving on to InfoSec Connect as a Contract Strategy/Business Analytics Specialist. Erin later became the Director of Client Experience at InfoSec Connect. Currently, Erin works at Docutech as a Business Requirements Analyst, a position they have held since 2017.

Erin Hanson, GPHR, holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with an Emphasis in Industrial Technology from the University of Idaho, earned between 1985 and 2008. In addition to their degree, Erin has obtained several certifications including a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2015. Erin has also obtained certifications in Spatial Analysis from Esri in May 2016, Business Metrics for Data-Driven Companies from Coursera Course Certificates in October 2015, and J-1 Advising: Intermediate Certificate from NAFSA: Association of International Educators in November 2014. Erin has also completed the Fundamentals of Intercultural Communication course offered by NAFSA: Association of International Educators, and Intro ArcGIS course offered by Idaho Tax Commission, though the exact completion months and years for these courses are not provided.
