Currently serving as a Coaching and Leadership Consultant for the Colorado State University Men’s Basketball program since April 2019, Rod Olson focuses on the personal and professional development of coaches and players. As President of Rod Olson Consulting Inc since July 2008, Rod Olson creates impactful leadership development training programs across multiple industries. Additionally, Rod Olson is the founder and President of the Coaches of Excellence Institute, where Rod Olson develops global training programs for sports coaches and athletes. Rod Olson also serves as a Certified Executive Coach and Professional Speaker with the John Maxwell Team, providing expertise in leadership and team building. Furthermore, Rod Olson has consulted for the U.S. Special Forces, Texas Rangers Baseball Club, and Pittsburgh Pirates, emphasizing leadership and coaching development.
